Postage and Package Rates

All orders are dispatched under the Royal Mail category “Parcel” Therefore any parcel weighing up to and including 2kg is charged at a minimum of £5.00.

All orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day and should be delivered within 1-3 working days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, or after 2pm on Friday, will be dispatched the next working day. Bank Holidays will delay delivery by a further day. Please make sure there is someone available to sign for parcel, otherwise it will be taken to your local postal depot. We cannot accept liability where Royal Mail fails to uphold their promised delivery times.

The delivery charge can be calculated on the shipping calculator in your Shopping Cart so you can see how much delivery will be before starting the checkout procedure. We charge shipping for European and International orders at cost price.

Delivery Times

Where products are in stock, orders are shipped within 1 working day (there are no orders dispatched over the weekend). Please allow for a longer dispatch period over Bank Holidays.

Returns

If you decide you no longer wish to keep the goods you have purchased we will refund, exchange or offer a credit note for the product(s) if you return the goods, at your own expense, within 28 days of receiving your order. Where goods are faulty, or were sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items.

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed, no later than 7 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. Products on special offer or explicitly noted as non-returnable cannot be returned. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return items.

Our products are free of the most common allergens such as artificial colour and fragrance. However some people may find they are sensitive to essential oils and any substance, natural or chemical, is capable of triggering sensitivities - we are all unique and individual! For your protection we always list the complete ingredient listings next to the products we stock, so if you know you are sensitive to certain ingredients you can check whether or not they are in the product.

For some products you can order free samples from our website, or smaller trial sizes, so you can perform a patch test. However we regret that we are not able to offer a refund, credit or exchange if, after using a product, you find you are sensitive to it or it is unsuitable for your needs.

Please note that natural products can often trigger a 'detox reaction' or a 'healing response' for the first few days of use; you may notice increased redness in the skin or outbreaks. In most cases this is a normal & healthy response and is an indication that your skin is responding to the therapeutic properties of the product. All returns should be sent with your invoice (or a copy) and details of why you are returning the item(s).
